Soft pop pianist and composer John Tesh brings his big band to Malibu to get things hopping with the hot jazz and swing of the ’20s to the ’50s. An Emmy Award winner and Grammy nominee, Tesh’s amazing career includes ten years as the host of Entertainment Tonight; a bunch of memorable PBS concerts, like Live at Red Rocks; more than 50 album releases; and several radio shows, including his current nationally-syndicated hit Intelligence for Your Life. A relaxed and engaging entertainer and bandleader, Tesh is also a successful theme composer, and came up with his famed horn-heavy NBA on NBC theme song, known as “Roundball Rock,” by singing it into his answering machine.
