Yesterday we showed you a still from a forthcoming film asking you to guess who the young heartthrob was. Well it can now be revealed that he is none other than Varun Dhawan who made a rather impressive debut with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year (SOTY) last year.
Varun has now been signed by Ekta Kapoor for a film that will be directed by Varun's dad David Dhawan. Apparently, Ekta has bagged the rights of Telugu film Kandireega based on which Varun's film will be made. Ekta was mighty impressed when she saw Varun in SOTY and felt that he can be the next big teen heartthrob. David Dhawan, who has worked with the biggest of superstars in his illustrious career, is also excited at the prospect of his directing his own son for the first time.
