The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
In May 2013, police began an investigation into allegation of a sexual assault that occurred in October 2012, in the Wilson Avenue and Bathurst Street area.
It is alleged that:
– during October 2012, a man went door-to-door, purporting to be an employee of a telecommunications company
– the man spoke with the woman, gained her trust and entered the woman’s home
– the man sexually assaulted the woman
On Sunday, July 14, 2013, Paul Pinillos-Ore, 34, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Sexual Assault
2. Criminal Harassment (Communicate)
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, July 14, 2013, at 9 a.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
