Clayton Constant-NeepinThe Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16 year-old male, Clayton Constant-Neepin. Constant-Neepin was last seen on November 11th, 2013.  He last had contact with family on December 11th, 2013.

Constant-Neepin is described as: Aboriginal, 6’1” tall, approximately 160 pounds, short light brown hair (brush cut) and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and black and white Reebok sneakers.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for his wellbeing.

Update: Clayton Constant-Neepin has been safely located.
