York police search for missing man Chad Poirier

York Regional Police is seeking public assistance in locating a missing 24-year-old man, missing from the Township of King.

Chad Poirier was last seen on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at approximately 1 p.m., at his group residence on Lloydtown Aurora Road, near Concession Road 7. Mr. Poirier’s caregivers are concerned for his well-being as he is under the care of a physician and requires daily medication.

Police are increasingly concerned about his well-being due to the recent cold temperatures. 

Chad Poirier is described as:

  • Male, white, 24 years
  • 5’7″, medium build
  • Brown hair, brown eyes
  • Wearing a black jacket, multi-color hooded sweater, black jeans and black runners
  • Acne on his face

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Update: On Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at approximately 2 p.m., Chad POIRIER, was located at an address in City of Toronto. Mr. POIRIER was found in good health.
