Join Lit Espresso Bar as they incorporate two of the greatest things in life – a stiff drink and a fine looking cup of coffee. On Sunday, July 27th come out to a night of competition as baristas go head to head in an attempt to pour the best pattern they can. With every proceeding round, each barista specialist will have to take a shot of Canadian Whiskey, advancing only those with strong whits and the steadiest hand. The winner will be crowned the Lord of Lattes and will receive some cash and a golden jug. Attendance to this event is completely free, with a fee of $5.00 for competitors with 100% of pooled proceeds going to the winner. If competition is not your thing, come anyways for a free show! Draft drinks will be sold for $4.00 with part proceeds going to the Coffee Kids Charity which works with coffee growers to help them have a better life and a more stable future.
