The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 20 year old male, Leonard Eric MCKAY. MCKAY was last seen on Thursday, November 11th, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the area of Pembina Highway and Finch Bay.
MCKAY is described as Aboriginal, 5’10” to 6’0” tall, approximately 115 pounds with a thin build, short black hair, and brown eyes. MCKAY has a scar on his chin and a scar near his left eye.
MCKAY was last seen wearing a black long sleeve t-shirt with blue shinny writing and black jeans. MCKAY was not wearing a jacket or shoes when he was last seen.
Investigators have learned that it is uncommon for MCKAY to have not had any contact with his family or friends.
UPDATE: Leonard Eric McKay passed away on November 14, 2010.
