Mumbai: Mugda Godse, the fashion model turned Bollywood actress, is the one babe who made big in fashion and modeling industry and then stepped into the terra firma of Bollywood where she showed her skills also. But unfortunately at Bollywood junction, despite having acting prowess, this babe could not make it big so far. Well, her acting debut happened in Madhur Bhandarkar’s successful movie ‘Fashion’ where she was noticed much and filmmakers started roping her in the projects.
Now the buzz is that Madhur Bhandarkar has once again fetched Godse into his latest project ‘Heroine’. She will now be seen in Heroine but Madhur is keeping her character under wraps. Neither Mugda nor Madhur disclosing the details about the role she is going to play in the movie.
Mugda, after Fashion, did many movies like ‘All the Best, Jail, Help, Gali Gali Cho Hai and Will You Marry Me’ but all went unnoticed and she could not create any magic for the audiences. Her upcoming movies are ‘Afra Tafri and Oh God! Saree Hain Fraud’. These movies are under production. In addition to all this, she also has been a judge on a reality show on Zee Marthi channel ‘Marathi Paul Padate Pudhe’. Godse has also done a number of music videos so far in her career.
Mugda, though her Bollywood career is on low, is much enthusiast and determined to get heights in the film industry. Madhur’s Heroine, though has Kareena Kapoor in the main lead and she will be the one who will be thoroughly projected, will bring some lucrative results for shaping her career ahead in Bollywood.
Mugda Godse is holidaying in Portugal and Spain these days. She will return after some days to Mumbai to resume the work. Heroine’s shooting will take place once she is back.
