The Garrett Morris Downtown Blues and Comedy Club (Los Angeles, CA)

L.A.’s own Retha Jones traded her modeling career for a microphone and never looked back. Besides being named California’s Funniest Female, this now-seasoned club comedian was a semi-finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Her credits also include BET’s Comic View, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, and Comics Unleashed, among many others. She’s been seen on the big screen in My Big Phat Hip Hop Family, on the small screen in One on One and on stage in the 50-city tour of Shelly Garrett’s Beauty Shop.
