One of the world’s greatest badminton tournaments, namely Yonex Denmark Open is going to take place during 16th-21st October 2012 at Odense Sports Park.

The tournament has many great players. And with a current status as Super Series Premier tournament, the Danish badminton population to make sure that all the best players stake part.

In 2011, Yonex Denmark Open promoted to Premier status, which is already in the autumn of the same year to see as both Lin Dan, Lee Chong Wei, Wang Yihan and all the other big names stood.

It is played in five rows, with qualification on Tuesday, the 16th October. The same day also played the first round of the mixed doubles.

Over the six days of the tournament, 297 players would be coming from 29 countries would be in Hans Christian Andersen’s hometown.

Among the star-studded parade of elite players from around the world, Peter Gade is one man who will be in the spotlight on as he would be experiencing a major tournament on home soil for the last time. Peter Gade sets his professional career in December during the Yonex Copenhagen Masters, whereby the last opportunity to see him compete for ranking points from all of the world’s best players, which is in week 42 in Odense.
