The Hamilton Police Service is investigating the City’s 13th traffic fatality and is asking witnesses to contact the Collision Reconstruction Team.
On Sunday, August 8th, 2010 at approximately 4:00 a.m., a fatal collision occurred at 2754 Wilson St. (in Alberton) when a male walking in the south curb lane was struck by a semi tractor trailer that was also in the curb lane traveling eastbound on Wilson St.
Daniel Chabot, a 26 year old male resident of Hamilton received fatal injuries.
