USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…It seems that compensating distributors for losses incurred has become a norm in the industry. After Rajinikanth, it was Shah Rukh Khan who decided to remunerate his distributors after the poor performance of Dilwale. Now we hear that Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion pictures has decided to compensate the distributors of its recent release Kya Kool Hain Hum 3.
Apparently, following the dismal box office performance of Kya Kool Hain Hum 3, Balaji will be compensating the distributors partially to mitigate the loss on account of the minimum guarantee clause in their contract.
Though there is no official confirmation on the same, Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 that released on January 22 managed to collect approximately Rs. 30.25 crores.
