Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Halifax woman.

Fifty-seven-year-old Lynn Marie Koppen was last seen on August 18 at 1:30 p.m. at her residence on Agricola Street. At 5 p.m., it was noticed that she wasn’t in the house and police were called at 11:17 p.m. when she failed to return home. Lynn is described as a white woman, 5’6”, 140 lbs., with brown hair pulled back in a pony tail. She was last seen wearing green corduroy pants and a white blouse.

There is concern for Lynn’s well-being as she requires medication and without it she may become disoriented. At this time there is no evidence to suggest that Lynn has met with foul play, however, it is out of character for her to be away from her residence overnight. Police request that Lynn, or anyone with information on her whereabouts, call Halifax Regional Police at 490-5016 or their local police department.

UPDATE: Lynn has been located.
