Who would have thought that after starring in the controversial film of the year, Ranbir Kapoor will fly high with the success of it. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was the much in news for having Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in the film. But, it was the much needed hit for Ranbir Kapoor after three back to back flops with Besharam, Roy and Bombay Velvet.
Now, Ranbir Kapoor has another to reason to celebrate as ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ song is the most trending Hindi song of the year. Ranbir’s hit track beats Katrina Kaif’s anthem of the year ‘Kala Chashma’ which has bagged the second spot, according to Google India. The song from the Karan Johar’s directorial venture was written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam. The soulful song was sung by Arjit Singh.
The Hindi trending song list includes Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Tere Sang Yaara’ from Rustom and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Nashe Si Chad Gayi’ from his recent romcom Befikre.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will be next seen in Anurag Basu’s film Jagga Jasoos opposite Katrina Kaif. It is scheduled to release on April 7, 2017.
