s assistance locating a missing man.
Matthew Dunning, 34, was last seen on Monday, December 3, 2018, at 7:30 a.m., in the Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue area.
He is described as 6â€0â€�, with a slim build, brown hair short on the sides, and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a Chinese character on the upper arm. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a light blue shirt, and a black leather jacket.
Police are concerned for his safety.
