Veteran stage actress and former Olympic gymnast Cathy Rigby takes flight in the title role that’s defined her career and earned her a Tony nomination for the show’s Broadway run. Take off with Peter Pan and the three Darling children as they fly away from their nursery to the magic and wonder of Neverland, where they encounter the cunning and evil Captain Hook, villainous pirates, a crafty crocodile and a sprightly fairy named Tinker Bell. Audiences of all ages will enjoy the adventure-filled and whimsical ride, not to mention the score that includes such classics as “I Gotta Crow,” “Neverland” and “I’m Flying.” Speaking of flying, the graceful Rigby has apparently soaked up some of the show’s pixie dust. As The New York Times says, “Rigby still carries off the flights, fights and acrobatics that make … audiences mesmerized.”
