Mumbai, February 2 Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan states Bollywood celebrity Salman Khan found “Vishwaroop”, the Hindi form of his questionable film “Vishwaroopam”, on the componen with worldwide standards.
“He (Salman) loved it hugely. He thinks it’s of Hollywood standards. He loved everything about this,Inch Haasan stated Friday in a special screening from the film here.
Kamal Haasan is satisfied using the reaction to the film in north India, but nonetheless awaits a choice concerning the prohibit around the movie’s Tamil and Telugu version in Tamil Nadu.
Kamal Haasan was at Mumbai since Jan 31 marketing “Vishwaroop”. The Tamil and Telugu version, “Vishwaroopam”, still remains banned in Tamil Nadu following protests from Muslim groups over certain moments within the movie, which appear derogatory for their community.
The versatile actor has become in Chennai and will probably meet leaders of Muslim groups later here Saturday inside a bid to lift the prohibit on his film.
