The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 54-year-old male, Jamie Brent Morand. Morand was last seen on January 12th, seen in the north end area of the city.
Morand is described as: Metis, 5’9” tall, approximately 140 pounds, shaved head and green eyes. He wears black glasses and has a moustache. He was last seen wearing a green hoody with a brown suede jacket, blue jeans and black running shoes.
Investigators are concerned for his wellbeing.
