Unlike the saas-bahu sagas, the new serial Jamai Raja will be tracing the journey of a son-in-law played by Ravi Dubey. The serial will also focus on a strained relationship between a daughter and her mother and how Ravi's character changes the dynamics of their relation.

'Jamai Raja' will star Nia Sharma (of 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' fame), Achint Kaur, Delnaz Paul among others. The serial will go on air from next month on Zee TV.
