USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…While on one hand, our Prime Minister's much cherished dream of 'Make In India' had just attained shape in the form of a never-before exhibition that was held in Mumbai, on the other hand, the dream was (almost) shattered when a huge fire erupted yesterday. Even though (luckily) there were no casualties, the fire played a villainous spoilsport of the highest order, although the spirit, the fervour and the determination could not be deterred.

While everyone was running helter-skelter after the fire, Vivek Oberoi stayed back till the time the fire was extinguished. Speaking about the incident, his spokesperson said that after hosting his segment, he (Vivek Oberoi) handed over the stage to Shreyas Talpade and Isha Koppikar for their presentation. While he was preparing for his performance backstage, there was a huge fire that erupted, which resulted in a major chaos. Wasting no time, Vivek started telling everyone to get going towards the exit. In addition to that, he also helped the cops in pushing the buses which were refusing to start due to the fire. And, after the fire was extinguished, he called up people to enquire about their safety.

Meanwhile, Vivek Oberoi tweeted stating that "We rarely appreciate what these braves do for us! I saw them running into the blaze, risking their lives & doing their duty to keep us safe! Hat's off to the @Dev_Fadnavis and the team at @CMOMaharashtra for overseeing the operations personally and ensuring everyone got to safety. I salute the mumbai police and the mumbai fire brigade, real heroes who proved themselves tonight! Seamless evacuation of thousands!".
