On Monday, March 28, 2011, at 2:25 a.m., police responded to a call for unknown trouble at G’s Chill And Grill Sports Bar, at 2528 Eglinton Avenue East.
On Thursday, March 31, 2011, a Warrant was issued for the arrest of Nicholas Walker, 37, of no fixed address, for First Degree Murder.
He is described as black, 6′, 180 lbs., with short black hair. He is also known by the name "Nipsy."
A photograph of the suspect is not being released as it would jeopardize the ongoing investigation.
Investigators are appealing to the public and the media not to publish any photograph they may have of Nicholas Walker as it will have a negative effect on the investigation.
