3-year old missing Hebert becomes the prime subject of Amber Alert

Randall Hopley is the main suspect in a missing boy. Hopley, 46, has a history of crimes starting from breaking and entering to sex harassment. Her mother told the police: “He’s been in trouble for a long time. He was always nervous and getting into trouble and couldn’t keep up with anybody. He had problems in school.”

70 years old Margaret Fink added: “I feel really sorry for the little kid. I don’t think Randy (Hopley) will harm him. He’s been with the grandkids here a lot, and he’s been pretty good.”

The missing boy, 3 years old Kienan Hebert is the main focus of an Amber Alert since the kid has been missing for 3-4days now. He was last seen at his house in Sparwood.

Fink also said, “It had been a while, we hadn’t seen him. He’d gotten into trouble again and he was away and we never heard from him.”

According to Cpl. Dan Moskaluk requests the public to report any clues they find out about the missing child. He says: “We don’t get frustrated with (false) reports. We would certainly prefer that everyone remain vigilant. Whether it’s a fruitful report or not, it’s followed up on.”
