According to Conservatives judgment, Dalton McGuinty might increase taxes in case the Liberals get re-elected in October. Conservative Leader Tim Hudak said in Toronto that McGuinty has betrayed by not sticking to his words – he was not to elevate or impose taxes but he did. Thus, there are high of him repeating the past.

He said: “Dalton McGunity will increase taxes. It’s just in his DNA… and the NDP? Come on – they have a 50 year history of calling for higher and higher taxes. If you’re looking for a tax cut from them, you are barking up the wrong tree.”

Moreover, Hudak continued saying that the party has a background of imposing elevated taxes.

On the other hand, Liberals declared their intentions to offer employers $10,000 in tax credits for employing immigrants, explaining that backing is bound to on-the-job coaching.

That indeed is a noteworthy change from the idea left when the plan was initially brought forward last Tuesday. It ignited fire in the Progressive Conservatives, who criticized it as an agenda to employ “foreign workers.”

Tim Hudak also announced that the administration does not plan to increase taxes. Leader Hudak said: “I will not raise taxes; in fact I will give families a break.”

The leading party has promised to decrease personal income taxes, eliminate the harmonized sales tax from hydro and home heating bills and get rid of the debt retirement charge from hydro bills.
