Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The second half of 2012 is all set to see a host of big films up for release and one of them is Karan Johar's directorial venture Student Of The Year (SOTY). The film marks the debut of Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt and is scheduled to release on October 19.

However, all you KJo fans can now rejoice as the first promo of SOTY will be out next week on August 2. Confirming the same, Karan Johar tweeted, "The first trailer of STUDENT OF THE YEAR will be out on the 2nd of August….. Have just 1 day left to complete STUDENT OF THE YEAR….its been an 11 month shoot journey…with lots of fun and debut dynamics!!!"
