The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
Lucivaldo Philipe Francisco, 31, was last seen on Monday, July 29, 2019 in the morning hours in the area of Yonge Street and Dundas Street West.
He is described as black, 5’11”, 200 lbs., with a heavy build, short black shaved hair, brown eyes and clean shaven.
There is no clothing description at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety and well-being.
