Nicolas “Chaos” Hill arrested for child sex trafficking in Toronto
The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Child Sex Trafficking investigation.
On Thursday, February 2, 2023, the Human Trafficking Unit commenced an investigation into child sex trafficking.
It is alleged that:
- a 15-year-old girl from Toronto was procured into the sex trade in November 2022 by the accused
- the 15-year-old girl was forced to work in the sex trade for three months and all money obtained as a result of the sex trafficking was turned over to the accused
On Wednesday, March 19, 2023, Nicolas “Chaos” Hill, 33, of Mississauga, was arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking in Persons Under 18 by Recruiting
- Trafficking in Persons Under 18 by Exercising Control
- Financial/Material Benefit/Trafficking Person Under 18
- Procuring/Exercising Control Over Person Under 18
- Procuring/ Recruit Person Under 18 to Provide Sexual Services for Consideration
- Material Benefit from Sexual Services Provided by Person Under 18
- Advertising Another Person’s Sexual Services
- Making Child Pornography
- Transmit Child Pornography
- two counts Unlawfully Possess Child Pornography
- Robbery
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
- Fail to Comply Release Order
He was scheduled to appear at court on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Toronto East Court, 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, at 10 a.m., in room 412.
Police are concerned there may be more victims.
