Greek Theatre (Los Angeles, CA)
The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses is a grandiose four-movement symphony that incorporates the memorable music of the beloved video game franchise in an orchestral recreation of the adventurous stories of Link, Princess Zelda and the inhabitants of the world of Hyrule. After the huge success of its first performance, Symphony of the Goddesses returns to the Greek Theatre as part of its world tour with all new material exploring new adventures from the games, in addition to the original repertoire that made the show so popular. Eímear Noone will conduct the full orchestra with arrangements by music director Chad Seiter. Relive your favorite moments from the now 27-year old video game series, carefully and beautifully timed with a gorgeous orchestral score approved by Nintendo sound director and Zelda franchise composer, Koji Kondo. The atmosphere will be festive and fun and everyone is invited to embrace the spirit of the evening by “cosplaying” as their favorite character.
