It is alleged that:
– on Monday, July 6, 2015, at approximately 4 a.m., a 25-year-old woman and two of her friends were in the Dundas Street West and Winston Churchill Boulevard area of Mississauga, when their vehicle stopped
On Wednesday, July 8, 2015, Jimmy Minani, 36, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:
1) Kidnapping
2) Forcible Confinement
3) two counts of Gang Sexual Assault
4) Robbery
5) two counts of Fail to comply with recognizance
6) Uttering Threats/Death of Bodily Harm
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, July 9, 2015, 10 a.m., room 206.
