Bells on Bloor Bicycle Event 2011

On Saturday June 18, 2011, the annual Bells on Bloor Bicycle Event will take place. This event will start at High Park, with the cyclists congregating on the grassy field just west of the main entrance to the park, off Bloor Street West. A total of 1,000 cyclists are expected to participate in this event.

The ride will begin at noon.

Formation area:

– High Park (Bloor Street West & High Park Avenue)
– Eastbound on Bloor Street West,
– Southbound on Bay Street,
– Westbound on Wellesley Street West,

Dispersal area: Queen’s Park Legislative Building

There will be three additional rider pick-up locations for cyclists wanting to join the ride:

– Southeast corner of Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West,
– Southeast corner of Bloor Street West and Gladstone Avenue,
– South side of Bloor Street West and Christie Street.

Drivers in the area may experience traffic delays.

This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
