Rohit Shetty told me in an interview during the promotions of Bol Bachchan, “Your first look promo will decide whether the audience wants to watch your film or not. Everything else that follows can’t save a film if the first promo doesn’t cut the ice with the public.” He works hard on his first look promo and his success ratio is very high. The first look promo of Golmaal Again passes the litmus test with flying colours. It’s a laugh riot and this edition in the Golmaal series is different thematically as well.
Farhad Sajid written lines are rib tickling and they make you laugh uproariously. I am tempted to a share a few here but maybe you guys ought to wait for tomorrow. Ajay Devgan looks macho and in great shape. He is sporting enough to take a joke on himself too. Arshad Warsi tickles with his brilliant comic timing. Shreyas Talpade delivers dialogues in a quirky manner which is funny. Parineeti Chopra looks beautiful and considering that she has a fine sense of humour, expect lots of entertainment from her as well. The surprise package is Tabu. Her captivating looks accentuate her fantastic comic timing. There is at least one scene which will crack you up with joy. Logic Nahin. Sirf magic! I guess that says it all. Expect magic at the box office this Diwali!
I spoke to Mr Ajay Devgn post the promo preview today. He is very excited about the film. Tabu was there as well looking lovely the way only she can. Mr Devgn told me that the picturesque hilly locale that you’d watch in the promo is Ooty. The promo of Golmaal Again will be launched tomorrow September 22.
