On Wednesday, February 29, 2012, Xiu Jin Teng, 36, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with Indignity to a Dead Body.
On Monday, March 5, 2012, the charges were upgraded to First Degree Murder.
She was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Monday, March 5, 2012, at 10 a.m., room 507.
The investigation is ongoing. Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who spoke with the accused during February.
