Police are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in the Crestwood neighbourhood of west Edmonton just after 11:00 p.m. last night.
On Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 at 11:10 p.m. West Division patrol members were called to a residence in the area of 145 Street and 97 Avenue after reports of possible shots fired in the vicinity. On arrival they discovered a male lying on the driveway. The male victim was pronounced dead at scene by emergency personnel.
Police are still in the early stages of an investigation. No word on when an autopsy will be scheduled.
