The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Kamil Safarli, 27, was last seen around September 2019, in the area of Markham Road and Progress Avenue area.
He is described as 5'11", 135 lbs., with a slim build, short blond hair, brown eyes, and he wears glasses.
Police are concerned for his safety.
