The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Andrew, 38, was last seen on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 7:35 p.m., in the Queens Plate Drive and Highway 27 area.
Andrew is described as 5’10”, with a fair complexion, medium build, short brown hair that is receding and a grey/white goatee. Andrew was wearing a black athletic jacket, grey hoodie, and cream coloured pants.
Police are concerned for their safety.
