On July 2, 2010 at approximately 1:30 pm, Sussex RCMP responded to a single motor vehicle collision in Smiths Creek, N.B.
A 26-year-old man from Smiths Creek was the lone occupant when he lost control on his vehicle on Knightville Road inSmiths Creek. His vehicle left the road and struck several trees before coming to a stop.
An RCMP re-constructionist was on scene investigating the cause of the crash.
The name of the deceased is not being released at this time pending notification of the next of kin.
