Upon arrest, Codiac RCMP investigators seized approximately seven pounds of marijuana and over $5000 in cash. In relation to those arrests, police subsequently searched a residence on Henry Street in Moncton and seized further evidence of drug trafficking.
James Bournside, a 26-year-old-Moncton-man appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Saturday July 30, 2010 to face charges of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, breach of probation and breach of an undertaking. He was remanded and will be returning to court this week for a bail hearing.
The two other adults and the teenager were released from police custody and will be appearing in Moncton Provincial Court on November 8, 2010 at 9:30 a.m to face charges.
