The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 13 year-old female, Madison Cochrane. She was last seen on October 31st in the Fort Rouge area of Winnipeg.
Cochrane is described as: 5’5” tall, 120 lbs., thin build with medium length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a brown bomber style pleather jacket, white sweater, blue jeans, black ankle boots, brown purse and black rimmed prescription glasses.
Police are concerned for Cochrane’s well-being.
