Investigators are concerned for the welfare of a missing woman and are appealing for the public’s assistance to locate her.

On Monday August 15, 2011 at approximately 8:30 p.m. officers from Central East Division attended a local hospital to investigate a patient who had left the premises voluntarily with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The missing female was last seen walking into Alexander Park in Oshawa wearing a hospital gown and next of kin have not heard from the victim since.

Investigators are concerned for the woman’s safety and are requesting the public’s assistance to locate her. No photo image is currently available.

Cassandra KNIGHT-EMERY, age 18 of Oshawa is described as: female, white, 5’4”, 126 lbs with a slim build, fair complexion, long black hair and wearing a hospital gown.

The victim has medical casts on both arms.
