The Calgary Police Service has charged a man in relation to two deaths that occurred in Braeside yesterday.
Around 5:20 a.m., yesterday, Thursday, July 4, 2013, police were called by a passerby to check on the welfare of a man in the area of Southland Drive and 14 Street S.W. Following a conversation with the man, officers attended a home in the 1700 block of 110 Avenue S.W., where they found the bodies of two individuals.
The autopsies of the two deceased found in the home are currently ongoing. The identification and cause of death are expected to be released upon the completion of the autopsies later this afternoon.
Derek Puffer, 35, of Calgary, is now charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
