London woman Jillian Fischer charged with child pornography

On Wednesday, September 4, 2013 the London Police Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a Westminster Avenue residence in the city of London. The search warrant was part of a child pornography investigation that began on June 5, 2013. 

As a result of the evidence obtained, 22-year-old Jillian Fischer was charged with the following offences;

• Possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada
• Four counts of telecommunication with person believed to be under 18 for a criminal purpose, contrary to section 172.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
• Make available sexually explicit material to a person under 18 for a criminal purpose, contrary to section 171.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
• Two counts of possession of schedule 1 substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
• Possession of schedule II substance not in excess contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act 

Seized drug amounts – 14 Oxycodone 5 mg – $70
1 Oxycodone 20 mg – $5
2.1 grams Marijuana -$20

A search of the residence also revealed three prohibited weapons and a quantity of marijuana. As a result of the evidence obtained, 20-year-old Jonathan Fischer was charged with the following offences;

• Three counts of unlicenced person possess prohibited weapon contrary to section 91(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada
• Possession of schedule II substance not in excess contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

Centrifugal force knife
