A few weeks back, the viewers were treated to the first promo of Baywatch. The film is definitely special in many ways than one. The film happens to be a film adaptation of the TV serial ‘Baywatch’, the very show that had kept everyone hooked onto their TV sets. Meanwhile, after having won everyone alike with her performance in the TV show ‘Quantico’, Baywatch happens to be our very own Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood film debut.
Recently, the viewers were treated to the second promo of Baywatch. One has to confess that the first promo of Baywatch did not showcase Priyanka Chopra’s presence as much as her multitude of fans would have liked it to be, but the second promo of Baywatch more than makes up for it. The film’s second promo has Priyanka Chopra as the extremely hot and desirable Victoria Leeds.
Readers may recall that, speaking about her role, Priyanka Chopra had earlier mentioned that her character in the film Victoria Leeds was mean, patronising and evil just because she can be so. She had also said that, for her, the best part of doing Baywatch was getting in her high heels and on her tippy toes and doing mean things and simply getting away with it. She had also added that she had enjoyed it way more than she should. Speaking about her negative character in the film, Priyanka Chopra had said that being bad was like an addiction.
Besides Priyanka Chopra, Baywatch also stars an array of stars including Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Charlotte McKinney, Jon Bass and Ilfenesh Hadera amongst others. While the film is being directed by Seth Gordon, it is slated to release on May 26 this year.
