There is one thing which everyone knows about Alia Bhatt is that she happens to be a big fan of Kareena Kapoor Khan. Time and again, the actress has expressed her love for Kareena through her interviews.
So when the opportunity arrived to pay tribute to Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt got on board with it. Alia grooved to some of the hits of Kareena at the recent Filmfare Awards 2017 and recreated some of her looks as well. Manish Malhotra, who had designed the looks, shared a video of Alia dressed in Kareena’s look from the film Jab We Met. One of the songs she performed on was ‘Yeh Ishq Hai’. The same hairdo, black corset, top and red skirt will make you nostalgic. Manish wrote, “#adorable @aliaabhatt performing a tribute to #iconic #actresses here in #kareenakapoor s look from the #Film #JabWeMet.”
It was also Alia Bhatt’s night as she won the Best Actress award for her brilliant performance in Udta Punjab. As far as work is concerned, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Shashank Khaitan’s film Badrinath Ki Dulhania which marks her reunion with Varun Dhawan. The film is scheduled to release on March 10, 2017.
