The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section has charged Jacques Rouschop, 41 years old, of Ottawa with two counts of Aggravated sexual assault and two counts of Choking in relation to two separate incidents – one in August and one in September of 2013 – involving two separate victims.
The Major Crime Section can confirm that the victims were sex trade workers.
