On Day 1 of the third test match, left-arm spinner Sulieman Benn took 5 for 93 and pacer Kemar Roach added 4 for 61 as the West Indies successfully wrapped up New Zealand’s 1st innings for 293 at Kensington Oval.

The hosts responded positively to reach 32 without loss at stumps. Chris Gayle remained not out on 18 while Kraigg Brathwaite was unbeaten at 11.
